We chose Chios precisely because it isn't the obvious choice. You've likely never heard of it - and that's great! There are no resorts on the island, no hoards of tourists.

Medieval mastic villages, the walled citrus orchards of Kampos, uncrowded beaches, local hikes, a functioning harbour, and some of the best food in the Aegean. An island most have never considered, which is exactly the point. Your team comes home with a real Greek experience, not a sunburn and a buffet.

Transfers from the airport, time to unpack and breathe, then a relaxed welcome dinner prepared by your host. Stuffed bell peppers, salmon and spinach lasagna, something sweet. That's a proper start.
A focused session while everyone's fresh, a proper lunch, then out for a coastal walk or time on the water. Evening at a slower pace.
Into the mastic villages or up into the hills, a long lunch somewhere with a view. Unhurried time together no meeting room can produce. Dinner in taverna with live music in town.

Hi, my name is Gregor. I left a career in tech to build something more personal on an island I fell for because of its anonimity. Or maybe I just wanted daily access to Greek food and sunshine - I am not entirely sure at this point.
I host every retreat myself: working with select venues, building the relationships with the island's chefs, photographers and guides, designing the days, and cooking some of the dinners. This is my deal. I'm always around, either at the venue, or a short phone call away, making sure your team has everything it needs for an unforgettable stay on Chios.
One price per person, covering everything from your first transfer to your last. We reccommend four nights and can accommodate small groups of eight to twenty people.
Final pricing depends on group size, season, how much you'd like us to handle and type of activities and tours you want us to organise. For a group of 10 people, staying for four nights with lots of activites, the price is usually close to €350 per person, per day.
