Final pricing depends on group size, the season, which property you take, how much of the week you want us to run, and which activities go in.

Just the essentials

We set the stage, you lead

The full retreat

We design it and run it

400€ per person, per night.

  • Everything in the essential package, plus:
  • All ground transfers
  • Full agenda designed with you before arrival
  • Organised dinners, all-inclusive food and drinks at the selected restaurants
  • Whole coworking space booked for a day
  • Activities: wine tasting, ouzo distillery tour, hike to Nea Moni, full day mastic village trip
  • Hired photographer for two days

What moves the price

  • Group size. Bigger groups spread the fixed costs; the per-person number falls as you go up.
  • Season. Spring and autumn are cheaper, and probably better anyway.
  • How much we organise. The essential level is meaningfully less than the full retreat.
  • Activities. A private boat day is expensive, walks and village days are basically free.
  • Dinners. All-inclusive in taverna vs a free recommendation where to eat.
  • Length. Four nights is standard; five brings the price per day down, three moves it up.

What you pay separately

  • Flights. You book them yourself, but we can always help you plan the routes: see Getting here.
  • Stays outside Chios. If you want a day in Athens on arrival we can recommend a place, and book it for you, and organise the transport. However this will be billed separately.
  • Anything genuinely personal. Bar tabs after we have closed the evening, souvenirs, a bottle of mastiha liqueur.
  • Extra nights. Quoted separately, and usually cheap.
  • Travel insurance. Your team's own, please.
