Every property is taken on an exclusive-use basis: the whole property for your team only, with single ensuite rooms throughout.
Kampos is the walled orchard district south of Chios town. It is characterised by high stone walls surrounding the citrus orchards, gravel lanes and Genoese-era mansions, some of which have been standing there for centuries. You will stay ten minutes from the town and be able to completely unwind from the daily hustle and bustle of the island life.
Take an estate when you want the team to be together, uninterrupted and have access to the vast private outdoor spaces surrounding the property.
Chios town is an active Greek port town, not a resort. The harbour promenade, daily market, the remnants of Genoese and Ottoman past, and tavernas that are full of life throughout the year.
Pick Chios town if your team wants the rhythm of island life, easy access to cafes and tavernas, and a dedicated coworking space a few minutes walk away.
Our Kampos properties sit behind the old stone walls, surrounded by groves of lemons, oranges and tangerines. Each property sits on generous grounds, has several balconies and outdoor lounge areas, so a team can feel comfortable and find their favourite spot.
Breakfast is prepared at the property every morning, and the nearest beach is a five to ten minute drive away.
The houses we use in town are a few minutes on foot from the harbour and everything the town has to offer - cafes, tavernas and the market. We also teamed up with GROUND28 - the state of the art coworking hub, which is just around the corner.
Breakfast is served at the property, the rooms are ensuite throughout, and the whole house is yours for the duration of your stay.
Whether you stay in Kampos or in the town, we can book the entire floor of the nearby coworking space, should your team need the access to the proper office space. Sit-stand desks with external monitors, large meeting room with a screen, smaller breakout rooms, soundproof booths, and a lounge for everything that happens between sessions. And unlimited coffee of course.
If you are staying at one of the Kampos estates and need more convenient access to the working space, we will be happy to set it up at the property itself — and the coworking space is still available for the day if you want a change of room.
