In practice one person dropping out of sixteen barely moves the overall number and logistics. Four people dropping out does, and we will talk to you about it and sort it if the situation happens.

Honestly, it varies a lot. Properties in Kampos are definitely more appropriate for those with mobility needs as they tend to have rooms on the ground floor, coworking space is also accessible.

Yes. Single ensuite rooms for everyone, at every property, as standard. Nobody shares unless they ask to.

We collect them from every person in the planning phase and they go straight to the kitchen at the property. We will also inform the staff at each taverna we book.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options are all dealt with pretty routinely here.

Depends on the way we structure the retreat, but we can definitely design it as an all-inclusive option.

Non-alcohol drinkers will have an amazing time on Chios. We promise you will not be treated as a second-class citizen at the wine tastings. We've specifically designed a non-alcohol tasting menu for you. And to be honest, it's actually more interesting than just another wine tasting.

In town, your team has access to a dedicated working space five minutes away: meeting rooms with screens, shared and individual working desks, coffee machine.

At the estates we set up the working space at the property itself — a room with a big table, power, and the room arrangement you require.

Sure, if you want us to. We can either provide basic structure and session activities, or hire a professional facilitator for something more comprehensive.

Yes, we ask that everyone travelling carries their own travel insurance covering medical cover, cancellation and any activities they are joining.

We carry public liability insurance for everything we organise, and the properties, drivers and activity providers we work with carry their own. If your company has a corporate travel policy, it almost certainly covers this already.

May, June and September are the strongest all-round months: warm, everything open, sea swimmable, nothing crowded. April and October are a bit quieter and excellent for walking weeks.

The good news is that Athens is very likely well connected to where you're flying from. And once in Athens, there will be at least 4 flights and a ferry to Chios every day.
